All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Fit & Preference:

Returns for size, fit, or personal preference are not accepted if the correct size was sent and a size chart was provided.

Fit returns are only allowed if ShopMinx made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
Eligible Returns:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shoes & Clothing:

Replacement/refund only if the size received is different from what was ordered.

Provide a photo/video of the size received and a screenshot of your original order.
If the correct size was sent and the item matches the measurements shown in the size chart provided on the product page, returns for fit or preference reasons are not eligible, since the product is true to the posted sizing guide
Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Sizes may run smaller than standard US measurements — check the size chart before ordering.

Slight variations in color, texture, or measurement are not defects.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
